Prior to my interview, Pip gave up part of her weekend to do a mock interview with me, assisting with how I responded to interview questions.

Communication throughout the process was great including the time after confirmation of offer. In addition, I felt able to contact Pip with any questions which really does help during what can be a tense time.

Pip was a credit to herself and the industry.
